Vocab-ala-Jenalyn

Pickelish: (adj) pik-el-ish
A word describing an object that has an odor which resembles a pickle.

We went out to dinner tonight and my sandwich came with a pickle spear. I offered it to Jenalyn. She doesn't normally like dill pickles - but she could eat grandma's homemade sweet pickles by the handful so I was interested to see if she would take it. She accepted it, and then sniffed it and said: "Mmm...it smells pickelish!"

She didn't finish the pickle. She took one, teensy-weensy bite and set it back down. I guess she'll stick with grandma's sweet pickles. Who wouldn't?

She is a weirdo. Dill pickles are way better than sweet. I love G-ma's sweet pickles in chicken salad.

If that girl has tasted Grandma's sweet pickles, then she knows what pickelish is!

What a funny kid!
